Unique tours are offered on the hotel territory, where there is ethno-camp. Here you can see the way of life of northern peoples. Ethnographic journey begins with an introduction to the master of the camp, which was built on the territory near the hotel. Hardly tour group will be in the park, the owner leads visitors to stuffed bear's head, lying on the skin. Tourists can give him gifts in the form of coins to appease the spirits. Next, guests will take part in the ritual sacrifice to fire, which is sure to bring good luck to all visitors and residents of the camp. The culmination of the sacrifice will be a time when every participant of the action hold or kissi a red handkerchief, which in turn will be stretched over the fire and ritually burned.
After that all guests will go to the camp host - here you will get familiar with the taiga authentic cuisine: guests will be invited to taste the venison Shurpa and try real birch tea with wild berries and traditional sweets. During the tea party camp hostess will tell about customs of the Khanty people, describe their way of life, tell about how they relate to nature, to the elders, what allows them to survive in harsh Siberian conditions, and about daily routine.
Visitors then will go to crafts house, where they will make unique national crafts to commemorate the trip. During the master class we will know how to make jewelry, and what are some of them made for. The camp host shows fishing gears, namely trap "muzzle", and talks about features of Khanty fishing.
Women will be offered to act as homemakers - chop and cut wood (indeed, among the Khanty people it is a woman's business!). Later in the afternoon, sitting by the fire, everyone will attend the ritual of shaking and chants, relieves pain and illness. Then all will be invited to the tent for the hospitality set table, where amazing meal will be ready. No book, no article in the ethnographic magazine will not be able to give you true spirit of the northern people, come to Cronwell Park Dobrino and feel it!
